Class Descriptions

20/20/20 20/20/20 - 20/20/20 - 20 minutes of low impact aerobics, 20 minutes of body strengthening and 20 minutes abdominal work and stretching.

Aerobics Aerobics - Physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness

Aquafit Aquafit - Aquafit - A great exercise class working out to music in the water. Fine for non swimmers, pre/post natal and those with joint problems or injuries.

BODYBALANCE™ BODYBALANCE™ - BODYBALANCE™ is a new yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life leaving you feeling calm and centred.

BODYPUMP™ BODYPUMP™ - BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.

Bootcamp Bootcamp - Bootcamp - Outdoor/Indoor training where you will have fun burning fat, building lean muscle, improving your fitness levels and learning new skills.

BoxFit BoxFit - Cardio workout based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts

Circuits Circuits - Circuits - A combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness.

Conditioning Conditioning - Conditioning - Low impact exercise class, using small studio weights or resistance bands to strengthen and tone your body.

Core Core - Core - An exercise class which specifically targets the abdominal wall, the pelvis, the lower back and the diaphragm using a variety of equipment including barbells body weight dumbbells and steps.

Pilates Pilates - Pilates - Ideal for improving posture and core strength, incorporating stretching and toning.

Spin Spin - Spin - An exercise class on a stationary bike focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.

Step and Tone Step and Tone - Step and Tone class is an aerobic fitness class which is designed to provide people with cardio and strength training.

Stretch Stretch - Stretch - Class that concentrates on stretches that will aid in recovery and development.

SwimFit SwimFit - Get fit, stay in shape, improve swimming stamina or stroke efficiency by following structured program cards and the guidance of our experienced coach. Swimmers need to be capable of swimming at least 20 lengths for this class.

Yoga Yoga - Yoga - Exercise and relaxation using postures, breathing methods designed to have a beneficial effect on posture, flexibility and strength.

Zumba Zumba - Aerobic dance program with Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves.
